This Privacy Policy describes how innovationxlabs team ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile applications (the "Apps").

By using any of our Apps, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Our Apps may include, among others: Nur Tasbih / Dzikir, Doa Sesudah Sholat, Image Resizer, IP Toolkit, and other mobile apps published by innovationxlabs team on Google Play.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on which App you use and which features you enable, we may process: 

• Information you provide — preferences, settings, and content you enter in the App.

• Device and usage data — device model, operating system, language, app interactions, and diagnostic data.

• Advertising data — our ad partners (including Google AdMob) may collect or receive device identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads.

• Analytics and crash data (if enabled) — anonymous or pseudonymous usage and crash reports (for example via Firebase Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics) to improve stability and performance.

• Permission-based data (only if you grant permission) — for example notifications for daily reminders; location only where an App offers prayer-time features and you allow location access. Location is processed locally on your device where possible.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve our Apps

• Remember your settings and preferences

• Show and measure advertisements

• Fix bugs, monitor performance, and prevent abuse

• Comply with legal obligations

4. Local Storage on Your Device

Many of our Apps are designed to work primarily on your device.

History, preferences, dhikr counts, prayer settings, resized images, and similar data are often stored locally on your phone and are not uploaded to our servers unless a specific feature clearly states otherwise.

5. Advertising and Consent (Google AdMob / UMP)

Our Apps may show ads through Google AdMob. Ads may be personalized based on your device and settings.

In regions that require consent (including the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland):

• We use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to ask for your consent before personalized advertising where required.

• You can choose personalized or non-personalized ads.

• You can change your choice later in the App under Settings → Ads & privacy → Manage consent (wording may vary by App).

In other regions, ads may be shown in accordance with local law.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Apps may use third-party services that process data under their own privacy policies, including:

Google AdMob — advertising

Google Play Services — app distribution and device services

Firebase (Analytics / Crashlytics) — analytics and crash reporting, if enabled in the App

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. Please review their policies.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information.

We may share data only:

• With service providers (such as analytics and advertising partners) who process data on our behalf

• When required by law, or to protect rights, safety, or security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law.

Local data on your device can often be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the App.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our Apps, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing — including personalized advertising through the consent tools described above.
